The Emmett Till Project

I was invited to add my essay on "Comics and Emmett Till" to the archives of The Emmett Till Project, a digital platform commemorating the legacy of the murder of Emmett Louis Till by the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture. You can read a PDF of my essay and listen to a short podcast interview with me and project curator Myriah Towner. I'm really honored to add my voice to the public memory surrounding Till's tragic death and I hope my essay can be of some benefit to others.
